Online interactive workouts for all ages and abilities

Our online 30 minute fitness sessions are great fun and offer the convenience of working out at home with the benefit of having an instructor there to check you're moving safely and motivate you through your workout. There's a timetable of over 40 varied workouts per week ranging from Cardio, Strength and Toning to more gentle activities, dance and aerobics.

Our experienced trainers and instructors are welcoming and run group sessions and one to one classes on Zoom. These are designed to fit around your busy schedule and can be attended live or watched on-demand.

Strength & Tone

Strength & Tone widget

Classes that add a little weight & resistance to your workout such as LBT Toning, Kettlebells & Core Strength. Ideal if you’re looking to shape or tone up.

Gently active

Gently Active widget

More relaxed sessions with gentle activities such as dance and aerobics. Perfect for beginners and a great way to ease back into fitness.

Stretch & Recover

Stretch & Recover widget

Classes that will help your muscles recover from exercise or just in general. Designed to help flexibility, reduce tension and prevent injuries.

In Person training

Stronger Together Fitness can now provide 'In person' classes such as Aqua Aerobic fitness. These sessions are kept to small groups and are an ideal alternative to our range of online classes.
